Wushe wushe

Hello everyone! it's been a long while! He had all sorts of issues but we so glad it's been resolved! Thank you for sticking with us.

Wushe wushe! It is a marriage right performed by the Kanuri Tribe in the North eastern part of Nigeria, West Africa! When it was explained to me why it was always performed at Kanuri weddings, i really appreciated the fact that no matter which part of the country they were based, they still performed Wushe-wushe for their children's weddings.
Keep in traditions alive is a beautiful thing.

Air brush makeup is just the best Ladies! Makes anyone feel as fabulous as they are.

Eid Decorations

The Eid decorations in the Mall (Ado Bayero Mall) was loved by everyone! Loads of people came, saw and took pictures with the prop rams.
The props (Ram, leafs and some of the grass) were made by me and my team.

Although I personally wanted the Eid decor to be Big, Grand<...there was absolutely no time on our hands. Everything happened so fast but we were glad that, on Sallah day, when the doors to the mall were opened, folks loved it! So maybe next year...we'll plan for bigger and better.

My team are really hard working, nice people...God bless you all guys! you're the best.

Budar kai and Independence Decorations.

Budar Kai is a tradition observed in Hausa/Fulani culture it is basically a ceremony to unveil the Bride and in some Fulani traditions, even the Groom. So a token (Actually lots of money) is being placed by the in-laws to unveil the Bride/Groom and then it's Party time!

The Budai Kai section in the picture is the image on the middle left,

 Atfer the Budai Kai has been performed, the couple will then move to the

 Love seat under the white gazebo(top left)

 The whole venue is showcasing a little bit of both traditional elements and contemporary modern pieces.

The cows at the entrance of the venue was done to indicate that this Family is a Fulani Family.

Everyone loved the cows! They were happy and so were we!

The Independence Decorations at Ado Bayero Mall Kano. 

 Nigeria is 54! 

 The idea was minimalism. 

Not too much but just right. 

Th Maps and the heart shape flags seemed to be the favorites.
